Ghanaian entrepreneur Richard Nii Armah Quaye has called for a major shift in university business education, insisting that only successful entrepreneurs should teach in business schools.
Quaye argues that lecturers without real-world business experience cannot effectively train students for success.

Speaking with Bola Ray ahead of his 40th birthday, he emphasized that theoretical knowledge alone is insufficient for building thriving businesses.
To mark his milestone, Quaye has acquired a Bugatti Chiron and a private jet, with a grand celebration set for Independence Square on March 21.
