Daniel Koranteng, also known as Nana Amakye, has denied selling photos of slain journalist Ahmed Hussein-Suale to MP Kennedy Agyapong.
Appearing before the Madina District Court, Koranteng admitted taking photos with Suale and visiting Agyapong but refuted claims of sharing the images.
Prosecutors, however, argue that call records place him near the crime scene, and Suale had identified him as the one who supplied the photos aired on Net2 TV before fleeing to the UK in 2019.
Koranteng was arrested in Amasaman on March 15, 2025, and remains in custody as investigations continue.
