Ghanaian fashion icon and socialite Osebo the Zaraman has advised young people to adopt a strategic mindset rather than relying solely on hard work to achieve financial success.
Speaking to GhanaWeb’s Stella Dziedzorm at Richard Nii-Armah Quaye’s 40th birthday celebration, Osebo stressed that most youths lack the perseverance needed to succeed.

“You cannot simply emulate him (Quaye). He has really suffered to reach this level. Many young people wouldn’t want to go through what he did,” Osebo stated.
He further emphasized that both intelligence and effort are crucial for wealth creation, saying, “If you don’t have common sense, you won’t make money. You must use your brain before thinking about getting rich.”
