This matchday five fixture marks a return to the capital’s stadium for international games. Reports indicate that the Ghana Football Association (GFA) opted not to submit alternative venues for CAF’s consideration, securing Accra as the confirmed location.
CAF’s decision comes after withdrawing approval for other major stadiums, including Kumasi’s Baba Yara Sports Stadium and the Cape Coast Stadium.
